Where is it?
Mansion House Cottage is located just outside the village, overlooking Hay Harbor. If you should ever decide to leave the house, take a mid-day stroll down to the museum to see this summer's special exhibit. Relax afterward with a picnic lunch from the Island Cafe on the Village Green. Spend the afternoon on secluded Chocomount Beach, or pack up the rods and fly-fish for striped bass on the rocks at Race Point. But be sure to save enough time to pull out the wine and cheese as you and your guests enjoy the sunset over Hay Harbor from the front porch.

Where is Fishers Island?
Tucked perfectly between New York and Boston at the entrance to Long Island Sound, Fishers Island is considerably easier to
access than Block Island, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, yet it retains a charm that none of them possess.

Mansion House Cottage
Perched on the hill overlooking picturesque Hay Harbor, this house was originally built as a weekend rental cottage for one of the long-gone Fishers Island hotels of the early 1900's. With ten bedrooms, you'll be transported back to this era of gracious living with a lovely view of Hay Harbor and summer sunsets over eastern Long Island Sound. There are 7 bedrooms on the second floor and 3 bedrooms on the third floor. The second floor has 3 king bedrooms, one bedroom with twin beds, one bedroom with a full bed and two bedrooms with a single bed.
